- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and target new business opportunities within the Enterprise customer segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
- Understand the customer's business objectives and challenges in order to effectively position Mulesoft's API integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team goals and revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough account planning and accurately forecast sales pipeline.
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position Mulesoft's offerings.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and recommendations on how Mulesoft's solutions can drive business value.
- Effectively negotiate and close deals with key accounts while maintaining strong relationships.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities and progress towards goals.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Mulesoft's products, services, and value proposition.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce and Mulesoft, representing the company and its values to customers and partners.
- Stay organized and manage time effectively to balance multiple accounts and priorities.
- Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and drive overall team success.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Selling Enterprise Software Solutions, Preferably In The Integration Or Api Management Space
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth In A B2B Sales Environment
Strong Understanding Of The Enterprise Market And Experience Selling To C-Level Executives
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Demonstrate Software Solutions To Potential Clients.
