
Enterprise, Prime Named Account Executive- Mulesoft

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with our largest and most strategic customers. - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers: Build and maintain strong relationships with our largest and most strategic customers to understand their needs and challenges, and provide solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
- Achieve sales targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, creating and executing a strategic sales plan, and closing deals with potential customers.
- Drive revenue growth: Increase revenue and market share by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as expanding business within existing accounts.
- Understand industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for our customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships.
- Demonstrate product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
- Forecast and report: Accurately forecast sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
- Represent Salesforce: Represent Salesforce and Mulesoft at industry events and conferences, and act as an ambassador for our brand in the market.
- Stay organized: Manage and prioritize multiple accounts and tasks, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Selling Software Or Technology Solutions To Large Accounts.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Mulesoft Platform And Integration Solutions, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Its Value Proposition To C-Level Executives.
Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Account Plans, Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, And Drive Revenue Growth Within Assigned Accounts.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Articulate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Sales Processes And Methodologies. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Is A Plus.
