We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise, Prime Named Account Executive for our Mulesoft team. As a part of Salesforce, Mulesoft is the leading integration platform for connecting applications, data, and devices. As the Enterprise, Prime Named Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving Mulesoft's growth in our top-tier enterprise accounts. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for driving customer success.   1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive Mulesoft's growth in top-tier enterprise accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and expand Mulesoft's presence within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis of target accounts to understand their business needs, pain points, and competitive landscape.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  6. Utilize Salesforce's sales methodologies and tools to effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including revenue, pipeline, and customer acquisition.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  9. Provide regular and accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.
  10. Represent Mulesoft and Salesforce at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and build relationships with potential customers.
  11. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business goals and challenges, and providing valuable insights and solutions.
  12. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and drive customer success by identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  13. Act as a leader and mentor for junior sales team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance and support.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions, adhering to Salesforce's values and code of conduct.
  15. Embrace and embody Salesforce's culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Experience In B2B Sales: As An Enterprise, Prime Named Account Executive For Mulesoft At Salesforce, You Will Be Responsible For Selling To Large, Enterprise-Level Clients. Therefore, A Strong Background In B2B Sales And A Proven Track Record Of Success Is Essential For This Role.
