  1. Develop and maintain relationships with prime named accounts to drive new business and revenue growth.
  2. Create and implement strategic account plans to identify and target potential clients.
  3. Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  4. Utilize Salesforce's products and services to effectively present solutions to clients and close deals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams, to develop customized sales pitches and proposals for prime named accounts.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Salesforce's offerings.
  7. Communicate regularly with prime named accounts to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support and assistance.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  9. Participate in conferences, events, and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate leads.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce's CRM.
  11. Provide timely and comprehensive reports to management on sales activity, revenue, and pipeline status.
  12. Continuously identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within prime named accounts.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce, representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Collaborate with team members and share best practices to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  15. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and stay informed about industry developments and advancements.
  16. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and data protection regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Success In B2B Sales: The Ideal Candidate For The Enterprise, Prime Named Account Executive Role At Salesforce Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Success In B2B Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry. This Includes A History Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, Building And Managing A Robust Pipeline, And Closing Large Deals.

  • Experience Selling To Enterprise And Prime Named Accounts: As The Enterprise, Prime Named Account Executive Will Be Responsible For Managing And Growing Salesforce's Relationships With Some Of The Largest And Most Complex Organizations, It Is Essential That They Have Prior Experience Selling To Enterprise And Prime Named Accounts.

  • Deep Understanding Of Salesforce's Products And Solutions: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce's Products And Solutions, Including The Salesforce Customer 360 Platform, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, And Service Cloud. They Should Also Be Able To Articulate The Value Proposition Of These Products And How They Can Benefit Enterprise And Prime Named Accounts.

  • Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: The Enterprise, Prime Named Account Executive Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders At Enterprise And Prime Named Accounts. This Requires Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, Including The Ability To Engage With C-Level Executives And Navigate Complex Organizations.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Role Of An Enterprise, Prime Named Account Executive At Salesforce Involves Identifying And Understanding The Business Challenges And Objectives Of Enterprise And Prime Named Accounts, And Then Developing Customized Solutions To Address Their Needs.
