Job Description

Design overall engagement scope, goals, and team structure along with the customer and any partners. Responsible for communications with the client up to the CxO level, and within Salesforce regarding expectations and performance. Uses technology and industry expertise to understand the client’s agenda/needs and identifies ways to enhance the client’s business performance and expand the value of our relationship. Partner with customers to build an accelerated roadmap tailored to customer business priorities and that improves speed to value from our platform. Drive the team/customer/partners from strategy to execution in order to achieve the desired outcomes. Lead engagement team(s), including matrixed teams (Advisory, SOW delivery); Represent ground team as One Salesforce. Anticipates, mitigates, and manages risk to Salesforce and the customer

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing staff

  • Experience working with customers to understand and solve their most pressing business challenges

  • Significant experience managing C-suite relationships at customers

  • 10+ years of experience leading large strategic programs with examples of enterprise-wide or industry leading digital initiative
