  9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging technologies to continuously improve and enhance Salesforce's offerings.
  10. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and services to potential clients.
  11. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
  12. Report on key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management on the progress and success of the Communications & Media sector.
