  1. Lead and manage presales and delivery efforts for the Communications & Media industry within Salesforce.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the industry, understanding their needs and providing strategic solutions.
  3. Drive strategic engagements by identifying opportunities, creating proposals, and presenting to clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful solutions to clients.
  5. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in technology and the communications and media industry.
  6. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  7. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
  8. Manage a team of professionals and provide guidance and support to achieve project goals.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce products and services, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
  10. Continuously improve processes and strategies to enhance the overall performance of the team and drive business growth.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our services.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  13. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  14. Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and accomplishments.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Communications And Media Industry, With A Focus On Presales And Delivery.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects For Clients In The Communications And Media Sector.

  • Strong Understanding Of Salesforce's Products And Services, And How They Can Be Applied To The Specific Needs Of Communications And Media Companies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing And Developing A Team, Including Setting Sales And Delivery Targets And Providing Coaching And Support To Team Members.
