  10. Continuously seek out new opportunities for business development and expansion.
  11. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and services.
  12. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry news, competitor activity, and market trends to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  14. Collaborate with other Engagement Directors and team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and data privacy regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Presales Or Delivery Roles, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Engagements And Delivering Results For Clients.

  • Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Services, With A Salesforce Certification Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate Teams.
