Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Engagement Director to join our team at Salesforce. As the Engagement Director, you’ll be responsible for leading the development of customer engagement strategies, programs, and activities that help drive customer success. You should have solid experience developing and leading customer engagement initiatives, and be passionate about customer success and building relationships. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or software-as-a-service (SaaS) organization• Proven success developing customer engagement strategies and programs• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Strong customer service aptitude and attitude• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions• A collaborative, team-oriented style and approach to work• Familiarity with Salesforce products and services a plus
