Job Description

Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to build effective and relevant course content. Write communications copy that is elegant, clear, concise, persuasive that engages and inspires readers. Partner with business and technical stakeholders, team members, and executives to develop targeted messaging and communications plans. Provide front line support for new marketers on operational processes and best practices. Storytelling to establish new initiatives, translating into clear presentations. Proactively drive projects and associated scope, timeline, resources with minimal supervision Work directly with Marketing Operations subject matter experts to ensure process documentation is thorough and written clearly enough to support marketers’ frequently asked questions and use cases. Utilize the corporate intranet, learning management system, and other marketing enablement technology to deliver creative content that resonates with global marketing team members.

Job Qualifications
