Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and driven Employee Success People Advisor to join the Salesforce team! This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in cloud computing and work with a team of highly engaged professionals.As an Employee Success People Advisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the Salesforce team to ensure their success. You will ensure that employees are performing at their highest potential, while also providing coaching and feedback to help them grow and develop. You will be an advocate for the employee experience, engaging in initiatives to promote team health and well-being.To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. You should have a minimum of three years of experience in a human resources or organizational development role. You will need excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask.If you are passionate about employee success and have the qualifications and experience we are looking for, we invite you to join our team!

Responsibilities: -Provide guidance and support to the Salesforce team to ensure their success -Ensure employees are performing at their highest potential -Provide coaching and feedback to help employees grow and develop -Advocate for the employee experience and engage in initiatives to promote team health and well-being -Maintain and update employee records in the HR database -Collaborate with other HR teams to develop and implement employee success strategies -Monitor and analyze team performance to identify areas of improvement -Create and deliver training and development programs -Provide advice and guidance to employees on career development opportunities -Facilitate team building activities -Manage employee complaints and conflicts in a professional manner -Conduct exit interviews and analyze results to identify trends -Keep abreast of changes in HR legislation and regulations
