  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive M&A strategy that aligns with Salesforce's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Identify potential acquisition targets and conduct thorough due diligence to evaluate their fit with Salesforce's culture, values, and business model.
  3. Lead and manage the integration process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless onboarding.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, finance, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful execution of M&A deals.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders to support the M&A strategy and foster a positive M&A culture within the organization.
  6. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on potential M&A opportunities and their potential impact on employee success.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies during the M&A process.
  8. Monitor and track key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of M&A deals and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  9. Mentor and develop a team of M&A professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth and development.
  10. Continuously evaluate and enhance M&A processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
