  1. Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, providing guidance on employee engagement, performance management, and career development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address employee needs and concerns.
  4. Create and maintain a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the organization.
  5. Foster a positive and engaging work environment for all employees.
  6. Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  7. Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders on employee development and performance management.
  8. Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  9. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of employee success initiatives.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and development.
  11. Lead and manage a team of employee success business partners.
  12. Develop and manage the employee success budget.
  13. Serve as a role model for the company's values and culture.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve employee success programs and processes.
  15. Represent the company in external events and forums related to employee success.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Hr Experience: A Successful Candidate For The Employee Success Business Partner Director Role At Salesforce Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Deep Understanding Of Various Hr Functions Including Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Relations, And Talent Development.

  • Strategic Thinking: The Director Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing The Company's Overall Employee Success Strategy. This Requires A Strong Ability To Think Strategically And Align Hr Initiatives With The Company's Overall Business Goals.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Leader Within The Organization, The Director Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team Of Hr Professionals. This Includes Setting Clear Expectations, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Positive And Inclusive Work Environment.

  • Business Acumen: The Director Should Have A Solid Understanding Of The Business And Industry In Which Salesforce Operates. This Includes Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Competitive Landscape, And The Company's Position In The Market. This Will Enable The Director To Make Informed And Strategic Decisions That Align With The Company's Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Director Will Be Responsible For Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Leaders, Managers, And Employees.
