- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and policies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to effectively address employee relations issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure timely and appropriate resolutions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and HR business partners on employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any systemic issues related to employee relations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote a positive and respectful work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee relations and make recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a mediator in conflict resolution and facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and proactively address any potential issues.
- Create and maintain documentation related to employee relations activities and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
- Participate in the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees on career development and performance management.
- Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee relations and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Employee Relations Cases And Investigations.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Within The Organization.
