
Employee Learning & Development Sr Administrator

- Develop and implement effective learning and development programs that align with company goals and objectives
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze training needs to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
- Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and job aids
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
- Utilize adult learning principles to create a learner-centered approach to training delivery
- Manage the project life cycle for all learning and development initiatives, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and assessments
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve training programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on career development opportunities and resources
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of learning and development initiatives with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities and employee progress
- Communicate with employees to promote learning opportunities and encourage participation in training programs
- Uphold the company's values and culture of growth, innovation, and employee development.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Learning & Development, Preferably In A Technology Or Sales Environment.
Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Employee Development Programs, Including Training, Coaching, And Mentoring Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Deliver Engaging Training Sessions.
