  1. Develop and implement effective employee learning and development programs that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and design relevant learning initiatives.
  3. Create and manage training schedules, materials, and resources for both in-person and virtual learning opportunities.
  4. Evaluate the success of training programs through data analysis and feedback from participants.
  5. Continuously improve and update training programs to ensure they are engaging, relevant, and effective.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee learning and development.
  7. Communicate training opportunities and resources to employees and encourage participation.
  8. Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their learning and development journey.
  9. Collaborate with external training providers to source and deliver specialized training programs.
  10. Partner with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  11. Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of employee career development plans.
  13. Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.
  14. Train and mentor other HR team members on learning and development best practices.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for all learning and development related inquiries.
  16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in learning initiatives.
  17. Monitor and manage the learning and development budget.
  18. Conduct regular needs assessments and make recommendations for future training and development programs.
  19. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to employee learning and development.
  20. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's values and culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles, Instructional Design, And Training Delivery Methods.

  • Experience With Learning Management Systems (Lms) And E-Learning Development Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
