  1. Develop and implement learning and development strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create effective learning solutions.
  3. Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs.
  4. Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities for employees at all levels.
  5. Utilize various learning methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
  6. Create and maintain training materials, resources, and curriculum.
  7. Monitor and track employee progress and performance through training and development activities.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee learning and development.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on learning and development opportunities.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source, develop, and deliver training programs.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to learning and development.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the learning and development process to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  13. Act as a role model and champion for a culture of continuous learning and development.
  14. Provide regular updates and reports on training initiatives and their impact on employee performance and development.
  15. Support the overall employee success strategy and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Employee Learning And Development, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Training Programs, Including E-Learning And Virtual Training Methods.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Deliver Training To Diverse Audiences.
