- Develop and implement learning and development strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create effective learning solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities for employees at all levels.
- Utilize various learning methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Create and maintain training materials, resources, and curriculum.
- Monitor and track employee progress and performance through training and development activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee learning and development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on learning and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source, develop, and deliver training programs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to learning and development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the learning and development process to meet the changing needs of the organization.
- Act as a role model and champion for a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Provide regular updates and reports on training initiatives and their impact on employee performance and development.
- Support the overall employee success strategy and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Employee Learning And Development, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Training Programs, Including E-Learning And Virtual Training Methods.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Deliver Training To Diverse Audiences.
