  1. Develop and implement innovative and effective global rewards programs that align with company values and support a diverse workforce.
  2. Collaborate with HR leaders and business partners to understand the needs and preferences of employees and ensure rewards programs meet their expectations.
  3. Utilize analytical skills to analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making and measure the success of rewards programs.
  4. Stay up-to-date on global rewards trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance programs.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful execution of rewards programs.
  6. Communicate and promote rewards programs to employees, ensuring a clear understanding of program details and eligibility.
  7. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of rewards programs with other HR initiatives and processes.
  8. Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  9. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of rewards programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for rewards programs.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on global rewards programs and provide guidance and support to HR and business partners.
  12. Participate in the design and delivery of employee training and communications related to rewards programs.
  13. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns related to rewards programs and develop solutions to improve the employee experience.
  14. Lead special projects and initiatives related to global rewards programs as needed.
  15. Represent the company and promote our culture of recognition and appreciation at external events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Global Rewards And Compensation Analysis.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Global Compensation And Benefits Programs, Including Market Trends And Best Practices.

  • Experience With Global Data Analysis And Reporting, Including Proficiency In Excel And Other Data Management Tools.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Global Stakeholders.
