- Develop and implement compensation strategies and plans that align with the company's overall goals and values.
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure that employee compensation is competitive and fair in the market.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather and analyze data on employee compensation, benefits, and other related areas.
- Provide recommendations for salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensation-related decisions.
- Create and maintain job descriptions and salary structures for all positions within the company.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employee compensation.
- Educate and train managers and employees on compensation policies and practices.
- Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking exercises to stay informed about industry trends.
- Monitor and track compensation trends and make adjustments as needed to maintain competitiveness.
- Continuously review and improve compensation processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive compensation information with discretion.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to compensation.
- Keep abreast of best practices and developments in the field of compensation and make recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of compensation-related systems and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compensation programs are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably At A Large, Global Company.
Strong Understanding Of Compensation Principles, Including Job Evaluation, Market Analysis, And Pay Structures.
Advanced Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Excel Or Other Data Analysis Tools.
Experience With Hris Systems, Such As Workday, And The Ability To Use Data To Make Strategic Recommendations For Compensation Plans.
