  1. Conduct thorough research on workplace design and strategy trends, best practices, and innovations.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of workplace design and strategy initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, real estate, and facilities, to understand business needs and align workplace design and strategy accordingly.
  4. Manage and mentor a team of workplace researchers and designers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of workplace design and strategy.
  6. Identify and establish partnerships with external experts and industry leaders to stay at the forefront of workplace design and strategy.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions for workplace design and strategy.
  8. Communicate and present workplace design and strategy plans and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  9. Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the workplace research and design team.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and incorporate them into Salesforce's workplace design and strategy approach.
  11. Collaborate with the diversity and inclusion team to ensure workplace design and strategy aligns with and supports the company's diversity and inclusion goals.
  12. Oversee the budget for workplace research and design initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  13. Act as a thought leader and advocate for workplace design and strategy, both within the company and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Or Workplace Design.

  • At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Conducting Workplace Research, Preferably In A Technology Or High-Growth Company.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Workplace Trends And Best Practices, With The Ability To Apply Them In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Visualization Tools, As Well As The Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights For Key Stakeholders.
