- Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace research strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and gather data to identify trends and insights related to workplace experience, employee engagement, and productivity.
- Analyze data and present findings to senior leadership, providing recommendations for workplace improvements and enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative workplace solutions that support a positive employee experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in workplace design, technology, and employee experience to continually enhance the company's workplace strategy.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to develop and implement programs and initiatives that attract and retain top talent.
- Manage a team of researchers and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality research and data analysis.
- Cultivate relationships with external research partners and vendors to expand the company's research capabilities.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of workplace initiatives.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for workplace transformation within the company, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Director, Workplace Research At Salesforce Should Have A Minimum Of A Master’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Or Human Resources. This Advanced Education Equips Them With The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Conduct In-Depth Research On Workplace Trends And Behaviors.
Extensive Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Conducting Workplace Research, Preferably In A Corporate Setting. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Quantitative And Qualitative Research Methods And Be Able To Design And Execute Research Studies To Gather Valuable Insights.
Strong Analytical Skills: As A Director Of Workplace Research, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills To Interpret Data And Identify Key Trends And Insights. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate These Findings To Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Leadership.
Strategic Thinking: Salesforce Is A Fast-Paced And Innovative Company, And The Director Of Workplace Research Should Be Able To Think Strategically To Align Their Research Findings With The Company’s Goals And Objectives. They Should Be Able To Use Their Research To Inform And Shape Workplace Policies And Initiatives That Drive Employee Engagement And Productivity.
Leadership And Collaboration: This Role Requires The Candidate To Lead And Manage A Team Of Researchers, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Within The Company.
