As the Director, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing cloud products through effective program management and cross-functional collaboration.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for technical programs within the Marketing Cloud team.
  2. Lead and manage a team of technical program managers to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to drive alignment and execution of program objectives.
  4. Define program scope, goals, and timelines, and communicate progress and updates to key stakeholders.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the success of technical programs.
  6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive program success.
  7. Continuously assess and improve program management processes and methodologies.
  8. Develop and maintain program budgets and resource allocation plans.
  9. Mentor and support team members to foster their growth and development.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in marketing technology to inform program strategies and decisions.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on technical program management and contribute to thought leadership within the organization.
