In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical programs that support the growth and success of our Marketing Cloud products.   1. Develop and lead technical programs that align with the overall business strategy and goals of the Marketing Cloud team.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key technical initiatives and projects.
  3. Define and manage project timelines, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery of technical programs.
  4. Monitor and track progress against program goals and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the success of the technical programs.
  6. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technical program management team.
  7. Work closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the technical programs.
  9. Provide leadership and mentorship to the technical program management team, promoting professional growth and development.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in marketing technology to inform and drive program strategies.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
  12. Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure successful delivery and adoption of technical programs.
  13. Develop and manage program budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
  14. Represent the Marketing Cloud team in meetings and presentations with senior leadership.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve program management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Technical Program Management: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Complex Technical Programs, Preferably In The Marketing Cloud Space. They Should Have Deep Knowledge Of Program Management Methodologies, Tools, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Understanding Of Marketing Cloud Technology: The Director Of Technical Program Management For Marketing Cloud Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Marketing Cloud Landscape, Including Key Products And Technologies. They Should Be Able To Provide Technical Leadership And Guidance To The Team And Work Closely With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Is Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented, And Able To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Have Experience In Driving Projects To Completion, Managing Timelines And Resources, And Mitigating Risks.

  • Proven Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Director Of Technical Program Management Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Technical Program Managers. They Should Have Experience In Building And Managing High-Performing Teams, Providing Mentorship And Coaching, And Fostering A Positive And Collaborative Work Environment.

  • Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Key Leader In The Marketing Cloud Organization, The Director Of Technical Program Management Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Relationships With External Partners And Vendors.
