  1. Lead and manage a team of technical program managers to ensure successful delivery of complex and innovative marketing solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and sales, to drive strategic initiatives and shape the future of our Marketing Cloud products.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
  4. Provide strategic guidance and direction to the team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  6. Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team by identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices.
  8. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and leadership skills.
  9. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in program management and marketing solutions.
  10. Represent Salesforce as a thought leader in the CRM and marketing industry through networking, speaking engagements, and other external opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Technical Program Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Technical Programs, Preferably In The Marketing Cloud Space. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Be Able To Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Marketing Cloud Technology: The Director Of Technical Program Management Will Be Responsible For Driving Innovation And Ensuring The Quality Of Products And Services Within The Marketing Cloud. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Marketing Cloud Technology, Including Crm, Email Marketing, Social Media, And Analytics.

  • Exceptional Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Leader In The Organization, The Director Of Technical Program Management Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. They Should Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels, From Engineers To Senior Executives, And Be Able To Inspire And Motivate Their Team To Achieve Their Goals.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Director Of Technical Program Management Will Be Responsible For Driving The Roadmap And Vision For The Marketing Cloud. They Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Align Technical Initiatives With Business Objectives. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of The Market And Competitors, And Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Improvement.

  • Proven Project Management Skills: The Role Of A Director Of Technical Program Management Requires Excellent Project Management Skills.
