Director, Tableau Learning & Development Partner

As our Tableau Learning Partner, you will report to the Senior Director of Learning & Enablement, which is a part of the Technology, People, Innovation and Learning (TPIL) team. Act as a consultant and trusted advisor to business leaders, collaborating with them to define, align on, and satisfy the organization’s skill development needs. Strategically determine learning priorities that drive the highest business and individual value. Enhance the employee experience within Tableau by developing and piloting new resources, workshops, and learning paths, based on role and capability gaps. Day-to-day program management and oversight of your programs. Actively involved in the success of each program and service to the business. Build-in measurable outcomes for all solutions created and regularly report on progress to stakeholders. Stay up to date with trends happening across the Salesforce business, connecting the dots between Tableau and the rest of TMP.
