Job Description

As Director of Strategic Workforce Planning at Salesforce, you will be a key member of our Human Resources team, responsible for developing and implementing our global workforce planning strategy. You will assess current and future workforce needs, and ensure that we have the right people in the right jobs, at the right time.To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth understanding of workforce planning, a proven track record of developing and executing workforce plans, and a passion for aligning organizational objectives with workforce planning strategies. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a global workforce planning strategy.
  2. Analyze current and future workforce needs.
  3. Ensure that the right people are in the right jobs, at the right time.
  4. Utilize in-depth knowledge of workforce planning.
  5. Develop and execute effective workforce plans.
  6. Align organizational objectives with workforce planning strategies.
  7. Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  8. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  9. Monitor and report on the progress of workforce planning initiatives.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
