Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Director of Strategic Workforce Planning to join our team at Salesforce. The ideal candidate must have a passion for problem-solving and an ability to think strategically. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive workforce plan that meets the organization’s long-term goals.The Director of Strategic Workforce Planning will serve as a thought leader and be responsible for overseeing the organization’s workforce planning process. This individual will need to possess a strong understanding of the organization’s strategies and objectives, as well as the ability to develop and implement innovative workforce plans.To succeed in this role, the candidate must have an extensive background in human resources and workforce planning. This includes a minimum of five years of experience in human resources or workforce planning, as well as a bachelor’s degree in a related field. The candidate should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with other teams.We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. Responsibilities:
