
Director, Strategic Workforce Planner
We’re seeking an experienced Director, Strategic Workforce Planner to join our team at Salesforce and take our human capital planning to the next level. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset as they will be responsible for driving strategic workforce planning and initiatives across the organization. They must be innovative and creative, able to think strategically to anticipate future workforce needs and develop solutions to achieve optimal results.To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in human resources and workforce planning, exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, and a commitment to organizational success. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective strategies for workforce planning to ensure the organization is suitably staffed for present and future needs • Analyze organizational trends, develop models and scenarios to identify future workforce gaps, and recommend and implement solutions • Create and manage talent pipelines, succession plans, and organizational development plans • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and workforce planning initiatives • Monitor and evaluate existing processes and procedures, and recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency • Lead the execution of workforce planning and talent analytics processes • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Monitor and report on progress and performance against goals • Identify and assess critical skills gaps and recommend strategies to address them • Develop and implement effective programs for talent acquisition, training, and development • Stay abreast of labor market trends and best practices in workforce planning
