  1. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key organizations to support business growth and success.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnership opportunities that align with company goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and execute partnership strategies.
  4. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts that drive mutual success and benefit both parties.
  5. Monitor and track partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
  7. Act as a liaison between Salesforce and partner organizations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  8. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and identify potential new partnership opportunities.
  10. Provide leadership and direction to a team of alliance managers, setting clear goals and expectations.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint marketing and sales strategies with partners.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote partnerships and drive business growth.
  13. Monitor and manage partnership budgets and resources effectively.
  14. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to partnerships.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve partnership processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
