  1. Develop and implement a strategic alliance plan to identify and build partnerships with key companies in the technology industry.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential partners to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint solutions and go-to-market strategies with key partners.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  5. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.
  6. Drive revenue growth through partnerships by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  7. Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with partners to achieve mutual goals.
  8. Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of partnerships.
  9. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences to promote partnerships and build brand awareness.
  10. Stay informed on competitor activities and provide insights to inform partnership strategies.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of alliance managers to support partnership initiatives and objectives.
  12. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to leverage partnerships in sales and marketing efforts.
  13. Collaborate with product teams to identify and develop joint solutions with partners.
  14. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in partnership agreements.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve partnership programs and processes.
