Director/Sr Director, Software Engineering, AI/ML

We are looking for someone who is able to develop, implement and track engineering team performance and success metrics.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field• 8+ years of related experience in software product development• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams• Proven track record of developing and delivering successful software solutions utilizing AI/ML technologies• Deep experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP• Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams• Ability to manage and motivate engineering teams to drive innovation and success
