Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Salesforce is seeking a Director of Social Media to lead our social media strategy and oversee all social media channels.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on changes in the digital landscape to inform social media strategy.
  3. Create and manage content for all social media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and sales, to ensure social media efforts align with overall business objectives.
  5. Utilize analytics and insights to track and report on social media performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  7. Manage a team of social media specialists and provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  8. Foster relationships with influencers and other industry professionals to expand the brand's reach and credibility.
  9. Develop and maintain social media guidelines and protocols to ensure consistency and brand voice across all channels.
  10. Handle any crisis or reputation management situations that may arise on social media.
  11. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed for social media campaigns or initiatives.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company in a professional and positive manner on social media.
  13. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and appropriate manner.
  14. Stay current on the latest social media tools and platforms and make recommendations for their use in the company's social media strategy.
  15. Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
  16. Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics and insights.
  17. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure social media efforts are integrated into overall marketing and communication plans.
  18. Continuously track and analyze competitor's social media activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Social Media Strategy And Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Social Media Campaigns.

  • Strong Understanding Of Various Social Media Platforms And Their Best Practices.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage A Team Of Social Media Professionals.
