  1. Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the success of all social media initiatives.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve our social media presence and effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product teams, to integrate social media into broader marketing and business strategies.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to measure and track the impact of social media campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and drive results.
  6. Create and maintain a strong brand voice and tone across all social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
  7. Develop and manage social media budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and communities to expand our reach and engagement.
  9. Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to comments, inquiries, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve our social media processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Social Media Marketing, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Social Media Strategies For A Large Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Analytics And Ability To Use Data To Inform Decision Making.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage A Team Of Social Media Professionals.
