Job Description

We’re looking for a natural leader to join our team as the Director, Quote to Cash (Q2C) Strategy and Solutions at Salesforce. We’re looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the Quote to Cash (Q2C) process and the ability to work across teams to identify and implement process improvements.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Quote to Cash (Q2C) space, with at least five years in a business or technical leadership role. They should have a strong understanding of software development life cycles and a demonstrated track record of leading successful, complex projects. They should also have experience working with external partners and customers to understand their needs and develop solutions.We’re seeking a highly energetic individual who is keenly interested in understanding the customer’s needs and developing solutions to meet them. The successful candidate will bring a passion for problem-solving and a drive to deliver value to our customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a Quote to Cash (Q2C) strategy and solutions for Salesforce.
  2. Lead and manage complex projects related to the Q2C process.
  3. Identify and implement process improvements for the Q2C process.
  4. Understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet them.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and customers.
  6. Leverage software development life cycle to optimize the Q2C process.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and adjust solutions accordingly.
  8. Train and mentor team members in the Q2C process.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Develop and maintain documentation related to the Q2C process.
