  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global partner transformation strategy that aligns with Salesforce's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals in driving transformation and change initiatives within the partner ecosystem.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement within the partner ecosystem.
  4. Define and communicate clear goals, objectives, and timelines for partner transformation initiatives.
  5. Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, partner managers, and partner executives.
  6. Identify and analyze industry trends and best practices to inform partner transformation strategies.
  7. Develop and implement training programs to equip partners with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  8. Monitor and track the progress of partner transformation initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
  9. Identify and address potential roadblocks and challenges in partner transformation, and develop solutions to overcome them.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve partner transformation processes and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert on partner transformation and change management within the organization.
  12. Stay informed on industry developments and changes in the business landscape to anticipate potential impacts on the partner ecosystem.
  13. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences, building relationships with potential and existing partners.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to partner transformation and change management.
  15. Uphold Salesforce's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
