  1. Develop and execute product strategy for the Service Cloud, in line with the company's overall vision and goals.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new product opportunities and make informed decisions on product enhancements and features.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  4. Define and prioritize product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  5. Lead a team of product managers and provide guidance and support to drive their performance and professional growth.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and updates.
  8. Effectively communicate product updates, changes, and roadmap to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  9. Drive customer satisfaction and retention by continuously improving the product and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to help shape the future direction of the Service Cloud.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Director Of Product Management, Service Cloud Should Possess Strong Leadership Abilities To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Product Managers. This Includes The Ability To Motivate, Mentor, And Guide Team Members Towards Achieving The Company's Product Goals.

  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of The Product Development Lifecycle And Be Able To Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Service Cloud: As The Director Of Product Management, Service Cloud, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Salesforce's Service Cloud Product And Its Capabilities. This Includes Knowledge Of Customer Service Best Practices, Industry Trends, And Competitor Offerings.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Identify Opportunities For Product Innovation And Growth. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Address Any Challenges Or Roadblocks That May Arise During The Product Development Process.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: A Director Of Product Management, Service Cloud Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Customers. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate With Different Teams, Such As Sales, Marketing, And Engineering, To Drive Product Success.
