  1. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the Service Cloud product, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success and growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to gather and prioritize product requirements and ensure successful product launches.
  4. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and potential opportunities for product enhancements.
  5. Work closely with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback from customers and incorporate it into product development and improvement plans.
  6. Monitor and analyze key product metrics, such as usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Develop pricing strategies and packaging options for the Service Cloud product to maximize revenue and market share.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry and technology trends to anticipate future customer needs and ensure the Service Cloud product remains competitive in the market.
  9. Represent the Service Cloud product and its vision to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executives.
  10. Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the product management team and the company as a whole.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Director Of Product Management For Service Cloud At Salesforce Should Have A Strong Background In Product Management, With A Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In The Software Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Service Cloud And Salesforce Ecosystem: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Service Cloud Product And The Broader Salesforce Ecosystem.   • Customer-Centric Mindset: Service Cloud Is A Customer Service And Support Platform, So The Director Of Product Management Should Have A Customer-Centric Mindset. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Customer Needs And Pain Points, And The Ability To Translate Them Into Product Features And Enhancements.

  • Technical Proficiency: While Not Necessarily A Requirement, Having A Technical Background Or Proficiency In Software Development And Cloud Technologies Would Be An Asset For A Director Of Product Management At Salesforce.
