- Develop and implement product strategy for the Service Cloud platform in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful development and launch of new products and features for the Service Cloud.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and use this information to inform product roadmap and strategy.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use this information to inform product positioning and differentiation.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, and use this information to continuously improve and iterate on existing products.
- Drive product adoption and usage by developing and executing effective product launch plans, training materials, and other product-related content.
- Act as a subject matter expert and represent the Service Cloud product suite in customer and partner meetings, conferences, and events.
- Provide regular updates and reports on product performance and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
