  1. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with top clients through the Executive Sponsor Program.
  2. Lead a team of professionals responsible for managing and maintaining executive-level client relationships.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients, acting as a primary point of contact for their needs and concerns.
  4. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify potential executive-level clients and ensure successful onboarding and adoption.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction and engagement levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  7. Develop and manage executive-level client engagement plans and ensure successful execution.
  8. Create and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to senior leadership on the progress and impact of the Executive Sponsor Program.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to executive-level clients.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the Executive Sponsor Program to drive innovation and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Executive-Level Relationship Management: The Director, Executive Sponsor Program Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Senior Executives. This Includes Experience In Managing Complex Stakeholder Relationships, Influencing Decision-Making, And Driving Successful Outcomes.

  • Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce's Products And Solutions, As Well As The Broader Technology Landscape. This Includes Knowledge Of Crm, Cloud Computing, And Emerging Technologies.

  • Leadership And Strategic Thinking Skills: As A Senior Leader Within The Organization, The Director, Executive Sponsor Program Must Have Exceptional Leadership Skills And The Ability To Think Strategically. This Includes Setting A Clear Vision For The Program, Developing Long-Term Strategies, And Effectively Managing A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Director, Executive Sponsor Program Will Be Responsible For Communicating With And Presenting To Senior Executives, Both Internally And Externally. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential, Including The Ability To Distill Complex Information Into Clear And Concise Messages.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Outcomes: The Director, Executive Sponsor Program Will Be Responsible For Driving Successful Outcomes For Salesforce's Executive Customers. This Requires A Track Record Of Delivering Results, Meeting Or Exceeding Targets, And Driving Customer Success. Experience In Managing Large-Scale Programs And Delivering Measurable Business Impact Is Also Desirable.
