- Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with top-tier customers and executive sponsors.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for managing the executive sponsor program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and approach towards executive sponsors.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to understand customer needs and provide feedback to improve products and services.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits and value of our solutions to customers and partners.
- Create and execute personalized engagement plans for each executive sponsor, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and track customer satisfaction and engagement levels, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing customer accounts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the performance of the executive sponsor program and its impact on customer success.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the executive sponsor program to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
- Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential executive sponsors.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and capabilities in managing executive sponsor relationships.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in the technology industry, specifically related to customer success and executive sponsorship.
- Uphold Salesforce's values and promote a culture of customer-centricity within the team and across the organization.
Experience In Executive Sponsorship: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Similar Position, Preferably In A Large Organization. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Executive Sponsorship Programs And Know How To Effectively Engage And Manage Executive Stakeholders.
Strong Communication Skills: A Director Of Executive Sponsor Program At Salesforce Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Executives, Stakeholders, And Team Members To Convey Project Updates, Recommendations, And Strategies.
