  1. Lead and oversee strategic initiatives for the executive sponsor program to drive success and foster relationships.
  2. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure the program's effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
  3. Manage and develop a team of professionals to achieve program objectives and drive high performance.
  4. Utilize strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members towards a common goal.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve the program to ensure it meets the needs of both the company and executive sponsors.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the program.
  7. Maintain a deep understanding of executive-level relationships and utilize this knowledge to enhance the program.
  8. Develop and implement metrics to measure the success and impact of the executive sponsor program.
  9. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices related to executive sponsor programs and incorporate them into program strategies.
  10. Serve as a key point of contact for executive sponsors and act as a liaison between them and the company.
  11. Represent the executive sponsor program and its achievements to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  12. Lead by example and promote a positive and inclusive work environment within the team and across the company.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interactions With Executive-Level Clients, Internal Stakeholders, And Cross-Functional Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Ideas, Build Relationships, And Influence Decision-Making.

  • Proven Experience In Customer Success Or Account Management: The Director Of Executive Sponsor Program Will Be Working Closely With High-Profile Clients To Ensure Their Satisfaction And Success With Salesforce.
