  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Executive Sponsor Program, including identifying key objectives, defining success metrics, and setting achievable goals.
  2. Lead a team of account managers to establish and maintain relationships with executive level clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the needs and feedback of executive clients are incorporated into product development and business decisions.
  5. Create and maintain a culture of exceptional customer service and relationship management within the Executive Sponsor Program team.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze program performance, and make strategic adjustments as needed to ensure the program's success.
  7. Develop and manage budgets and resources for the program, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
  8. Act as a key point of contact for escalated client issues and concerns, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  9. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences, and network with potential executive clients to promote the value of the Executive Sponsor Program.
  10. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and success.

  • Experience In Executive-Level Leadership: As A Director, Executive Sponsor Program At Salesforce, It Is Essential To Have Significant Experience In Executive-Level Leadership Roles. This Includes Managing Teams, Setting Strategic Goals, And Driving Business Growth.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Director, Executive Sponsor Program Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With High-Level Executives At Salesforce's Client Companies. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Salesforce Products And Services: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce's Products And Services. This Includes The Salesforce Platform, As Well As Its Various Cloud Solutions And Industry-Specific Offerings.

  • Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans: The Director, Executive Sponsor Program Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Strategic Plans To Drive Customer Success And Satisfaction. This Requires A Strong Understanding Of Business Objectives And The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Strategies To Achieve Them.

  • Experience In Customer Success Or Account Management: Previous Experience In Customer Success Or Account Management Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Large Client Accounts, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Customer Needs And How To Drive Value For Them.
