As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy across all channels to engage and inspire our customers and prospects.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for Salesforce across all channels, including but not limited to social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of content strategy with overall business goals and objectives.
  3. Lead the development of engaging and impactful content that resonates with our target audience and drives business results.
  4. Identify and leverage key insights and market trends to inform content strategy and ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  5. Manage a team of content strategists and creators, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality and consistent content.
  6. Oversee the development of content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
  7. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing recommendations and making adjustments as needed to improve effectiveness.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends, and continuously innovate and evolve the content strategy to keep pace with changing market dynamics.
  9. Serve as a thought leader and expert in content strategy, sharing insights and recommendations with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure content is aligned with sales and marketing initiatives and supports lead generation and revenue goals.
  11. Manage relationships with external content partners and agencies, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of content.
  12. Develop and manage the content strategy budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  13. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the content strategy team.
  14. Maintain a thorough understanding of Salesforce products, services, and target audience to inform content strategy and ensure alignment with company messaging and brand voice.
  15. Represent Salesforce as a content strategy expert at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
