- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth and success in partnership with Salesforce.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key executives at both Deloitte and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Generate revenue by driving sales and managing the pipeline of joint opportunities.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform partnership strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce ecosystem and communicate updates and changes to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to showcase the value and impact of the partnership.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop joint marketing and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and awareness of the partnership.
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the partnership both internally and externally.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success and effectiveness of the partnership.
- Manage and mentor a team of partner account managers to ensure their success and growth within the partnership.
- Represent Deloitte at industry events and conferences to promote the partnership and build relationships with potential partners.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated to the partnership to ensure maximum ROI.
- Continuously evaluate and improve partnership processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Proven Experience In Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Key Accounts, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Growing Revenue And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Clients.
Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Solutions: As A Deloitte Partner Account Senior Manager, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Driving The Growth Of Salesforce Solutions Within The Firm. Therefore, They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Services, Including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, And Other Relevant Solutions.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, As They Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Account Managers And Executives.
