  1. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize the performance of our email platform.
  2. Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  3. Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs related to email platform performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
  5. Proactively identify and troubleshoot data issues, working to resolve them in a timely manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and data analytics.
  7. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate performance to stakeholders.
  8. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve email marketing strategies.
  9. Train and mentor team members on data analysis techniques and best practices.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on email marketing data, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  11. Collaborate with the Email Platform team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance platform performance.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the email platform.
  13. Effectively communicate complex data insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  14. Participate in project planning and provide data-driven recommendations to support business objectives.
  15. Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Data Analysis And Insights, Preferably In The Email Marketing Industry.

  • Proficiency In Sql, Python, And Other Data Analysis Tools.

  • Strong Understanding Of Email Marketing Metrics, Segmentation, And A/B Testing.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Insights To Stakeholders At All Levels.
