  1. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize the performance of our Email Platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and provide actionable insights to drive decision making.
  3. Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns.
  4. Conduct regular audits of data quality and accuracy to ensure reliable insights.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing to continuously improve the Email Platform.
  6. Mentor and train team members on data analysis techniques and best practices for email marketing.
  7. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate performance metrics.
  8. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to streamline data analysis and reporting.
  9. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized data insights to help them achieve their goals.
  10. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Data Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Data Analysis Or Insights Role, Preferably In The Email Marketing Industry.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Experience Working With Large Datasets.

  • Strong Understanding Of Email Marketing Kpis And Experience Developing And Implementing Email Marketing Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
