  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all customs and export laws, regulations, and policies
  • Monitor changes in international trade laws and regulations and communicate updates and implications to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global teams to facilitate the smooth flow of goods across international borders
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs and export regulations and provide training and guidance to employees on compliance requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation
  • Proactively identify and address potential compliance gaps and recommend process improvements to ensure adherence to regulations
  • Manage and maintain records of all imports and exports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any customs and export compliance issues that may arise
  • Stay informed about current trade trends and work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to minimize risk and maximize efficiency in international trade operations
  • Adhere to company values, ethics, and compliance policies in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customs And Export Compliance, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Thorough Understanding Of International Trade Laws And Regulations, Including Us Export Controls (Itar, Ear) And Global Trade Compliance (Eccn, Hts).

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Various Departments And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs, As Well As Conducting Audits And Trainings To Ensure Adherence To Regulations.
