- Develop and implement customer marketing strategies to drive customer loyalty and advocacy.

- Create and manage customer communication plans, including email campaigns, social media, and other channels.
- Monitor and track the success of customer marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to leadership.

- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and goals.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and serve as a point of contact for their marketing needs.
- Continuously assess and improve customer engagement and retention processes and initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of customer events and webinars.
- Collaborate with product marketing to ensure alignment between customer messaging and product positioning.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Marketing, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Lifecycle Management And Experience With Creating Targeted Marketing Campaigns.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Salesforce Crm And Marketing Automation Software, Such As Marketo Or Pardot.
