  1. Develop and implement customer-focused marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and advocacy.

  3. Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve marketing efforts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in customer messaging and experience.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to inform customer marketing strategies.
  6. Plan and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives to promote product adoption and usage.
  7. Monitor and analyze customer engagement metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing communications.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate customer marketing efforts.
  10. Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for Salesforce, promoting our customer-centric values and initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  12. Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
  13. Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to key stakeholders.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the success of customer marketing efforts.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Marketing Or Related Roles.
