- Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for Salesforce, promoting our customer-centric values and initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
- Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to key stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the success of customer marketing efforts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and compliance regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Marketing Or Related Roles.
Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Services.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Customer Marketing Campaigns And Initiatives.
