Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Marketing Or Customer Retention Roles.
Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Services, As Well As The Overall Crm Industry.
